- Data you send through the contact form: name, email address, phone number and the message or reason for your enquiry that you choose to include.
- Basic technical data: information needed for the site to work and stay secure (session, anti-fraud protection and language preference).
We do not request sensitive data through the site. Please do not include detailed medical information in the form; clinical assessment takes place during your visit.

To protect the form from automated submissions we use Google reCAPTCHA. This service may set a cookie and send Google information about your device and browsing in order to tell humans from bots. Its use is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and its Terms of Service.

This site only uses technical or necessary cookies, which do not require prior consent:
- Session and form-security cookie (CSRF protection).
- Language preference cookie (Spanish / English).
- A cookie associated with Google reCAPTCHA (anti-spam), described above.
We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add them in the future, we will display a consent notice and update this policy.
7. Who we share information with
We do not sell or trade your data. Only the providers strictly needed to operate are involved: the email service we use to handle form messages and Google reCAPTCHA for anti-spam protection.

We keep form messages for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a reasonable record of the communication. After that we delete or anonymize them.
